If you are not happy with our service/services, we will not be able to process any refund in any way (except for some special cases). Once we receive any refund request, at first we will inspect on the actual reason, and then Lotus Web Solutions team will decide that the refund request falls under our special cases or not, if it comes under the special case then we will give you a partial/full refund.
